Our Mission
To introduce traditional Pakistani karahi at the highest quality level and proudly represent Pakistani cuisine — every dish prepared with care, premium ingredients and respect for tradition, the same standard Qasim Mehmood set when he founded Karakoram in 2018.
Our Vision
To keep setting the standard for Pakistani cuisine in British Columbia, not by chasing trends but by setting them — the same way Karakoram became a pioneer of karahi in this province, and to keep reaching toward that standard the way climbing K2, our namesake, demands courage, patience and relentless dedication.
